Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) for verified accounts with no pending bonus wagering requirements. After-hours and weekend withdrawal requests are queued and processed on the next business day. In certain circumstances, including large withdrawal amounts (over Rp 50,000,000), first-time withdrawals, or unusual account activity patterns, we reserve the right to conduct additional security reviews which may extend processing time up to 48 hours.
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal. aero43 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. From the fourth withdrawal onward in the same month, a processing fee of 1.5% (minimum Rp 10,000) will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. This fee structure encourages consolidated withdrawals rather than frequent small transactions.
All bonuses and promotional offers on aero43 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with all associated requirements, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.
New players are eligible for the aero43 Welcome Bonus: a 100% match on first deposit up to Rp 2,000,000. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you receive an additional Rp 1,000,000 in bonus funds. This bonus has a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount only. Using the example above, you would need to wager Rp 30,000,000 (30 x 1,000,000) before the bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable.
The Welcome Bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Game contributions toward wagering vary: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, sports betting contributes 50%. The maximum bet allowed while bonus funds are active is Rp 50,000 per bet or spin. Exceeding this limit may void bonus funds and associated winnings.

In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), aero43 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports betting markets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. aero43 decisions on bet settlement are final unless proven incorrect. Any disputes must be raised within 14 days of the event conclusion.

aero43 may permanently terminate your account for serious violations including fraud, multiple duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering, underage gambling, or repeated violations of betting rules. Upon termination, all bonus funds and pending bets will be voided. Your Real Money Balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from fraudulent activity. Otherwise, remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw your entire Real Money Balance. Any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened. If you wish to use aero43 services again in the future, you must register a new account.
If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently.
